I am disgusted to find that Bissel does not have a service centre in Sydney. I do not know where I could even find a carton to package it and send it to Victoria. I could not lift it to take it to a post office.
A couple of people that I thought might help told me that they do not fix Bissel products because it is too difficult to get parts delivered from Bissel. Negative comments about the service.
The parts I ordered arrived very promptly. Unfortunately I need a service centre in NSW. I still have a machine that does not work
Not an unreasonable expectation!
