    Resolved the fault

    I was sceptical that this was the cause of the problem but a friend had damaged the tank and it would not make contact with the valve. Great videos. Easy to order spares. Sensible prices (freezer and cooker makers please note lol) . Amazing service!

    Replacement tank

    I purchased this after my ProHeat 2X Resolution Pet stopped working - the water was not being dispersed from the tank to the carpet. I think the tap water I had put into it was too hot and melted/blocked the tank. I purchased this and it now works perfectly. Much better than having to purchase an entire new unit!!
