I love my Bissell upright vacuum because it does a fantastic job of lifting pet hair off carpets, rugs, curtains or ANY fabrics in my home where pet hair gets to. Purchasing the replacement filter online was straight forward although I am a little concerned that the filters may not be available in the future. As an older person, I'm not into having to buy new appliances regularly. So if you are listening Bissell, please make sure these filters are still available into the future because your vacuum cleaners are well made and do not need to be replaced every few years and it would leave a dreadful taste in my mouth to find that these filters won't be available in a couple of years.
