When I used the Bissell steam mop for the first time, I thought it was fantastic you had access so easily to this little orange scrubber. It made cleaning difficult stains a breeze. Even better, I am was able to purchase a couple more of these through the Bissell website, when the original one becomes too grubby. Excellent quality. I have been a long time user of Bissell products, I still have my Bissell carpet cleaner, that still works after 20 years.
