The Cord Wrap turned up by courier this morning.
All ok except I was disappointed at the cost of the packaging & postage - it cost as much for postage and handling as it did to purchase the replacement part. A bit disappointed at the lack of local availability of replacement parts for the Bissell spot Cleaner.
Apart from that all good.
