This warranty applies to a product used for personal purposes, and not commercial or rental service. This warranty does not apply to routine maintenance or consumable components such as filters, belts, brush rolls, etc., damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other use not in accordance with the user’s guide. BISSELL recommends that the original packaging is kept for the duration of the warranty period in case such need arises within the warranty period that the item needs re-packing and transportation.

This is a wonderful tool. I have cleaned small rugs, and tiles, chairs and curtains. It really gets in and sucks out the dirt! Simple to use, not too heavy. I read one review complaining about no wheels...I have run it for about an hour with no overheating. Wheels would be nice and are apparently available...but not necessary. Overall, brilliant asset.

From spots to entire floors, this cleaner delivers. We have the big one that does big areas, but this one is so much better. Cleaned tile today, and it drew out dirt I did not know was there. 100% excellent investment.
