Water Filter for Vac & Steam (1602549)

My steamer wasn’t working so I thought it was going to cost too much to repair. You were very helpful at bissell and suggested a new water filter before I discarded the machine. It worked really well, I had no idea the vac steamer needed a water filter as we are on filtered rain water. Thank you again for your help in this matter I really appreciated your help.

I was able to resolve all of my concerns once I had the company internet address. All product information provided is clear and comprehensive. Troubleshooting made easy for the novice. Mop is once again a star performer.

To be honest it wasn’t the filter, I think the water is coming from the actual tank, I have used Bissell products over the years and alway found them good as well as customer service
