How long does it take an order to process and ship?

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for orders to be dispatched. Once dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information from Post Haste or Australia Post to your email address. Please check your Spam and Junk folders. 

Please note, orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately as various products can be shipped from different warehouses. 

Most orders are dispatched from New Zealand via Post Haste. Tracking details are emailed once the order has been dispatched. Delivery takes 2–14 days depending on location, and a signature is required upon delivery.

Orders shipped from Australia go via Australia Post, then New Zealand Post once they arrive in New Zealand. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Delivery takes 2–14 days depending on location, and a signature is required upon delivery.
